Our Lead Consultant, Carol Rushton, is well known and respected within the industry. She has been undertaking legal recruitment since 1993, mainly specialising in East Anglia and Lincolnshire. She has also recruited in the Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside, South East, London, North West and South West regions. Prior to this, Carol also practiced as a Company Commercial Solicitor with leading firms in Cambridge, for 5 years between 1988 and 1993, having completed a law degree at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University.
This blend of experience provides her with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the legal market and an ability to offer a professional, discreet, personalised service and recruitment solutions that are appropriate to businesses and candidates.
